Cleanrooms ISO 7 for ARaymondlife
With its expertise in plastic injection to offer solutions adapted to the healthcare market, ARaymondlife is developing by creating a new 3,700 m² factory in Saint-Égrève on the outskirts of Grenoble.
This new manufacturing unit includes controlled atmosphere workshops for injection, assembly and packaging, as well as laboratories to carry out product tests and quality controls.
VÊPRES has taken charge of the production of twocleanrooms ISO 7 of 225 m² combined with a secondary packaging area of 100 m². An exceptional project in terms of the devices to be implemented: 29 roll-up doors and watertight doors, 37 glazed frames, 1,000 m² of partitions cleanroom, more than 500 m² of false ceilings...
An office area has also been created by the VÊPRES, including 340 m² of partitions and 200 m² of false ceilings, the supply and installation of 9 door sets and 7 glazed frames.
