ISO 7 Cleanrooms for ARaymondlife
Leveraging its expertise in plastic injection to offer solutions tailored to the healthcare market, ARaymondlife is expanding by establishing a new 3,700 m² factory in Saint-Égrève, near Grenoble.
This new manufacturing unit integrates controlled environment workshops for injection, assembly, and packaging, as well as laboratories for conducting product testing and quality control.
VÊPRES undertook the construction of two ISO 7 cleanrooms spanning 225 m², complemented by a 100 m² secondary packaging area. This project was exceptional due to the extensive equipment deployed: 29 roll-up and airtight doors, 37 glazed frames, 1,000 m² of cleanroom partitions, and over 500 m² of suspended ceilings.
An office area was also completed by the VÊPRES teams, comprising 340 m² of partitions and 200 m² of suspended ceilings, along with the supply and installation of 9 door sets and 7 glazed frames.
