Gender pay gap index 2026
In accordance with legislation, companies with more than 50 employees must publish their overall gender equality index score. This overall score is calculated on the basis of five indicators recommended by the Ministry of Labor. These indicators are designed to measure the gender pay gap and establish an equality index on a 100-point scale.
