« This new infrastructure marks a significant milestone for SGH MEDICAL PHARMA's Isère site, which is gaining a new dimension by becoming a pharmaceutical establishment, accredited by ANSES (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety) for the production of veterinary medicines. This involves operating, in addition to our historical activities, within an even stricter regulatory framework, that of the pharmaceutical sector, with the handling of active pharmaceutical ingredients in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which are highly demanding. Furthermore, the creation of this new cleanroom has led to the hiring of approximately fifteen people, including two pharmacists. For the SGH group, this is a turning point; we are elevating our ambitions. »

A cleanroom for a specific client, intended for the production of an animal health device.
The initial consideration for this project centered on how to implement a controlled atmosphere zone within a constrained environment. The VÊPRES teams successfully identified suitable solutions to transform a storage building into a 450 m² production and packaging zone, notably including the installation of presses within a confined space.
A project made even more demanding as it involved designing and delivering a cleanroom intended for the pharmaceutical sector, where regulatory constraints are among the most stringent for production and environmental control.
Confronted with demanding specifications and numerous evolving requirements, we demonstrated responsiveness and efficiency to adhere to the schedule and deliver a complex project on time. This success is attributed to our rigor, expertise, process mastery, and consistent communication throughout all project phases.
