Use of collected personal data, contact forms.

VÊPRES collects the following personal data via forms: contact details of the Internet user or his/her company (surname, first name, telephone number, email address, registration consent). For quote requests, in addition to the contact details already mentioned: IP, date and time of request, details of request. The information on these forms is used to process your requests and is forwarded directly to the departments concerned. This data is also transmitted to our technical service provider to ensure that the forms function correctly. In order to monitor website traffic (protection against malware), we record your IP address, session number, operating system and browser information.

Apart from the service providers already mentioned (VÊPRES, ACID Création, Campaign Monitor), your personal data will not be transferred or sold to third parties.

Protecting your data

We do everything in our power to protect the website against software attacks: monitoring traffic, ensuring the integrity of server files, protecting forms and updating content management software components.

The transmission of your information is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol installed on our hosting. Our e-mail services also use SSL. Access to our e-mail administration tool is also established via HTTPS protocol (DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA).
