100% Custom-Made Cleanrooms
Delivery and commissioning
Once the cleanroom is completed, our role as general contractor also includes ensuring its reception and validation to confirm that its performance meets regulatory requirements and your specifications. We conduct all necessary quality control tests to validate its operational readiness.
Control and validate
Rigorous monitoring
The role of a general contractor is to manage and ensure, throughout the construction process, compliance with the project and adherence to protocols, up to delivery and commissioning. As part of its contractual commitment, VÊPRES guarantees personalized monitoring with standard checks to validate the operationality of your cleanroom. VÊPRES is a privileged and recognized partner for renowned industrialists in various sectors for the construction of cleanrooms.
We perform particle counting, temperature monitoring, humidity monitoring (if requested), and pressure cascade measurements. Depending on the room's intended use, more extensive validations, such as IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operational Qualification), can be conducted. Following all controls, cleanroom commissioning, and facility qualification, we provide you with the necessary operational documentation: control sheets, As-Built Documentation (DOE).
