New production of Vêpres for AXON'CABLE: a cleanroom ISO 7 of 275 m² delivered "turnkey" with the circulation areas (SAS ISO 8) and the technical room.
For this new cleanroom, Vêpres again acted as general contractor to manage the project from design to delivery with commissioning.
Our design office was responsible for the entire design in response to AXON'CABLE's specifications, which included the construction of an entire 275 m² controlled atmosphere area on its production site located in Moncoupot. The space includes a cleanroom ISO 7 of 185 m², a 19 m² ISO 8 clean zone type circulation airlock for staff and a 71 m² airlock also ISO 8 for components.
Vêpres was responsible for the entire construction of the spaces, including the area intended for the technical room. From floor to ceiling, our teams carried out all the infrastructure work, air treatment by AHU, humidifiers and terminal batteries, suction of the workstations by an extraction network, CFo electricity, regulation, installation of a compressed air network with filtration, etc. They ensured until the commissioning with cleaning and qualification at the end of the project.
The manufacture of the cleanroom with these circulations and the equipment lasted about 5 months, in accordance with the deadline announced at the beginning of the work.
The teams of VÊPRES would like to thank AXON'CABLE, located in Montmirail in the Marne (51), for its renewed confidence after the completion of afirst cleanrooma few years ago (see testimony below).
