New project by VÊPRES for AXON’CABLE: a 275 m² ISO 7 cleanroom delivered "turnkey," including circulation areas (ISO 8 airlocks) and the technical room.
For this new cleanroom, VÊPRES once again acted as the general contractor, managing the project from design to delivery and commissioning.
Our design office managed the entire design process, adhering to AXON’CABLE’s specifications for a 275 m² controlled atmosphere zone at their Moncoupot production facility. This space includes a 185 m² ISO 7 cleanroom, a 19 m² ISO 8 cleanroom circulation airlock for personnel, and a 71 m² ISO 8 airlock dedicated to components.
VÊPRES was responsible for the entire construction of the spaces, including the area designated for technical facilities. From floor to ceiling, our teams executed all infrastructure works, including air treatment via AHUs, humidifiers and terminal coils, workstation extraction through a dedicated network, low-voltage electrical systems, regulation, and the installation of a filtered compressed air network, among others. They also managed the commissioning process, including final cleaning and qualification upon project completion.
The construction of the cleanroom, including its circulation areas and equipment, took approximately 5 months, in accordance with the timeline announced at the start of the project.
The VÊPRES teams thank AXON’CABLE, located in Montmirail, Marne (51), for their renewed trust following the completion of a first cleanroom several years ago (see testimonial below).
