A very large project featuring 650 m² of cleanrooms for an engineering school.
In partnership with the prime contractor CHABANNE ET PARTENAIRES and the project management assistance VISUEL, our teams participated in the creation of a building housing 650 m² of ultra-clean cleanrooms classified ISO 5, ISO 7, and ISO 8 for ESIEE Paris, an engineering school in Noisy-Le-Grand (93) on the Campus de la Cité Descartes (Université Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée, École Nationale des Ponts Paris Tech, Institut français des sciences et technologies des transports, de l’aménagement et des réseaux, etc.).

This project spanned very large areas and involved highly demanding technical specifications: the construction of 650 m² of cleanrooms, including the installation of sheet metal false ceilings and 550 m² of filtering false ceilings (dry grid) with FFUs, exhaust shafts, secondary framework, and sealing skirts. A plenum was also installed above the grid, featuring side panels and access hatches.
Our teams also installed a supervision system for the regulation and control of FFUs, completed all machine integrations, supplied and installed 13 specialized cleanroom doors and 4 fire-rated doors, as well as supplied and installed 9 glazed frames and 150 light fixtures.
