A very large project with 650 m² of cleanrooms for an engineering school
In partnership with prime contractor CHABANNE ET PARTENAIRES and VISUEL, our teams took part in the creation of a building housing 650 m² of ISO 5, ISO 7 and ISO 8 ultra-clean cleanrooms facilities for ESIEE Paris, an engineering school in Noisy-Le-Grand (93) on the Cité Descartes Campus (Université Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée, École Nationale des Ponts Paris Tech, Institut français des sciences et technologies des transports, de l'aménagement et des réseaux, etc.).

This project was carried out over a very large surface area and with very demanding technical criteria: creation of 650 m² of cleanrooms including the installation of sheet metal suspended ceilings and 550 m² of suspended filter ceilings (dry mesh) with FFUs, exhaust shafts, secondary framework, waterproofing flaps. Plenum above the grid, including cheeks and access hatches.
Our teams also installed a supervision system to regulate and control the FFUs, carried out all the machine flush-mounting, supplied and installed 13 special doors cleanroom and 4 fire doors, as well as supplying and installing 9 glazed frames and 150 lighting fixtures.
