How did you discover VÊPRES ?

Bruno ALBARES: On the Internet! We were looking for specialists cleanrooms, if possible a local service provider on a human scale, to compete with a large national group.

How did you choose your partner?

BA: In project mode, in the form of a pre-study and a detailed design study. We quickly came to appreciate the level of involvement and experience of the VÊPRES teams. The proposed solutions were highly creative, solid and within our budget. We quickly made up our minds, especially after a visit to one of their customers: Excelvision.

Creative?

BA: Yes, because our process is specific, and they were able to provide the right solutions. The project involved the implementation of a cleanroom interacting with three cleaning lines. Our challenge was to establish communication between the end of line of the three cleaning lines and the entry to cleanroom. The expertise of VÊPRES and their solutions enabled us to achieve our (extremely demanding) objectives.

In other words, up to what level? ISO 7, ISO 6...

BA: We wanted to achieve ISO class 5 for the workstations! To achieve this, we set up fully enclosed areas with laminar flow systems in the form of "hoods" above perforated stainless steel tables. All this fine-tuning took place in a spirit of extraordinary complicity with the VÊPRES teams. We really felt supported by ultra-specialists who were very involved.

Was the work completed on schedule?

BA: Everything went according to plan. VÊPRES delivers on all counts, so to speak! We were won over by the relevance of their technical solutions, and we weren't disappointed at all by the way the work was carried out. That's the price of experience: they were very reassuring right up to the end, including during the final commissioning phase.

If you had another project, would you put VÊPRES back into the running?

BA: Probably not. We've really found an exceptional partner on every level, both professional and human!
