The full cleanroom expertise of its teams for the construction of 1,000 m² of anhydrous rooms.
A set of sealed anhydrous cleanrooms for battery production.
VÊPRES' extensive experience for this type of atypical cleanroom. An anhydrous room is a controlled atmosphere room equipped with specific air treatment designed to maintain a dew point of -40 °C to -20 °C depending on the zones, a humidity level close to 0%, and where the installation of infrastructures (partitions, false ceilings) must be perfectly sealed.
This project, the result of methodical, meticulous, and rigorous work, could not have been realized without close collaboration between the CEA LITEN technical team, VÊPRES' field teams, and an engineering firm. Through technical solutions for implementing sealing joints and selecting airtight doors, they successfully constructed all the infrastructure for CEA LITEN's anhydrous rooms.
Multi-phase design and construction for the fit-out of 1,000 m² of anhydrous rooms, including the following services: partitions, suspended ceilings, sealed and sliding doors, return air ducts, laminar flow systems, airlock furniture installation, and flooring.
The VÊPRES teams thank CEA LITEN, located in Grenoble, Isère (38), for their trust.
VÊPRES Expertise
VÊPRES collaborates with CEA LITEN to create anhydrous cleanrooms, requiring strict control of humidity and dew point. The 1,000 m² project includes installations such as airtight partitions, suspended ceilings, and specialized doors. Cooperation between technical teams and the design office is crucial to ensure the airtightness and quality of the infrastructure.
