Despite a challenging economic climate, the year 2025 concluded with stable revenues of 19 million euros. This is a performance we can be proud of, considering the current political and economic context. Another source of satisfaction is that the company reached the symbolic milestone of 100 employees, thereby strengthening its teams and development potential. 2025 also saw a record in terms of order intake for projects scheduled in 2026 and 2027. It was a busy year marked by significant achievements.

2025: Innovation and Development

By 2025, VÊPRES has expanded its network of local branches across the entire territory. Now, with teams present in all regions of France, we provide tailored, responsive, and localized support, capable of addressing all cleanroom requirements while remaining in close proximity to our clients. Wherever you are, a VÊPRES expert is by your side.

We also inaugurated our technical training platform at our facility and awarded our first diplomas to the trainees. This program allows our installers and technicians to refine their skills on installations under real-world conditions, thereby ensuring the quality and reliability of our Cleanrooms for our clients. Three new sessions are already scheduled for 2026.

People at the Heart of Our Strategy

To support our national expansion, VÊPRES has welcomed new members to its teams: Raphaëlle Teston, Administrative and Financial Director, to steer our financial strategy; Hang Nguyen, Project Manager for our Île‑de‑France branch; and Alexandre Deletraz, Commercial Development Director, to strengthen our commercial presence and client relationships.

Finally, for the fourth consecutive year, we have been awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork label, which attests to the excellent working conditions at VÊPRES. This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees and our dedication to fostering a motivating and fulfilling environment for everyone.

2026: with our clients and our teams 

Driven by our ambition to combine technical mastery and innovation, we continue our growth and strengthen our benchmark position in the cleanrooms sector. Thanks to synergies with the CEME Group and its expertise in electrical and climate engineering, the know-how of our dedicated teams, and a promising order book, VÊPRES possesses all the assets to consolidate its turnover and ensure robust development. The future is ambitious: we will continue to combine excellence and commitment.
