Despite a challenging economic climate, 2025 ended with stable revenue of €19 million. This is a performance we can be proud of, given the current political and economic context. Another source of satisfaction is that the company has reached the symbolic milestone of 100 employees, thereby strengthening its teams and its potential for development. 2025 also saw a record number of orders for projects planned for 2026 and 2027. It was a busy year marked by many successes.

2025: innovation and development

In 2025, VÊPRES its network of local branches across the country. Now, with teams in every region of France, we offer tailored, responsive, and local support, capable of meeting all cleanroom requirements cleanroom staying close to our customers. Wherever you are, a VÊPRES expert VÊPRES at your side.

We also inaugurated our technical training facility on our site and awarded our first diplomas to trainees. This facility allows our fitters and technicians to hone their skills on installations in real-life conditions, thereby guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our clean rooms for our customers. Three new sessions are already planned for 2026.

People at the heart of our strategy

To support our national growth, VÊPRES welcomed new faces to its teams: Raphaëlle Teston, Chief Financial Officer, to oversee our financial strategy; Hang Nguyen, Project Manager for our Île-de-France branch; and Alexandre Deletraz, Director of Business Development, to strengthen our commercial presence and customer relations.

Finally, for the fourth consecutive year, we have been awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork label, which attests to the excellent working conditions at VÊPRES. This distinction reflects our commitment to our employees and our desire to create a motivating and fulfilling environment for everyone.

2026: with our customers and our teams 

Driven by our ambition to combine technical expertise and innovation, we are continuing to grow and strengthen our position as a leader in the cleanroom sector. Thanks to synergies with the CEME Group and its expertise in electrical and climate engineering, the know-how of our loyal teams, and a promising order book, VÊPRES everything it needs to consolidate its revenue and ensure solid growth. The future looks ambitious: we will continue to combine excellence and commitment.
