At VÊPRES, the start of the school year is all about strengthening our teams! We are pleased to welcome Zoé MATENCIO, who is joining the company for a one-year work-study program as a Human Resources Assistant. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Administration (GEA) in Grenoble, Zoé is receiving a well-rounded education that covers all of the company’s departments.

A career path focused on management and HR

It was during her first internship in Human Resources that she discovered this field and developed a desire to pursue this path. She therefore chose to focus the rest of her career on HR by joining VÊPRES. “I researched the company and its business to best meet its expectations. Even though I don’t have a technical role, it’s important to get to know the company that’s hosting me for a year, as well as the industry in which it operates. This helps me better understand the various roles and, as a result, carry out my assignments effectively, ” explains Zoé.

His daily responsibilities

As part of the HR department, Zoé is involved in all aspects of the department’s work:

  • Administrative and payroll management: data entry, management of payroll-related tasks (time tracking, travel, etc.);

  • Employee Health and Support: tracking medical appointments and managing sick leave;

  • HR Development: Involvement in organizing training sessions, recruiting, and managing temporary employees.

A very successful integration

As Élodie MILLET-PERRIN, HR Project Manager, points out : “Zoé is joining the team to support the department’s operations and help drive its growth. She is a very pleasant, driven, and efficient person. She demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and great discretion—essential qualities in our line of work. ” Just one month after joining, Zoé highlights the positive atmosphere and team spirit that prevail at VÊPRES. After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she plans to continue her studies with a Master’s degree.

The entire team at VÊPRES wishes her a wonderful year in her work-study program and every success in all her projects!
