3 months! Initially an unrealistic timeframe, but met by VÊPRES, which successfully mobilized its teams and partners to favorably address, as a general contractor, the quality and deadline constraints imposed by MINATEC Entreprises for the execution of a 300 m² project, comprising an ISO 8 cleanroom, a laboratory, and offices.
Comprehensive design and construction of an ISO 8 cleanroom, a laboratory, and offices, totaling 300 m², encompassing: air treatment, partitions, flooring, utilities, and electrical systems.
Implemented within existing MINATEC Entreprises buildings, the cleanroom was adapted to the building's ergonomics and process requirements. The air handling unit and technical equipment were installed on the upper level of the building.

The 300 m² project encompassed the study and execution of all aspects, including air treatment, partitions, floor coverings, and electrical installations. The cleanroom was integrated into existing buildings, with the air handling unit installed on the upper level.
