HR News

A new professional qualification certificate has been introduced to address the specific requirements of cleanroom construction. This year, three VÊPRES employees are pursuing this CQP.

Following the training of a first employee last year, three VÊPRES workers committed in October to prepare for a new professional qualification certificate (CQP). "Installer of cold room and Cleanrooms envelopes" is the title of this course offered by EffiClasse, a continuing education center located in Ain. Upon completion of the training, which runs until April, they will be qualified after presenting an oral examination and a model.

With diverse profiles and backgrounds, each of the three employees was granted a permanent contract before undertaking this training. Yohan, who joined the company in 2021 with a vocational certificate in locksmithing and metalwork, a "transferable skill" at VÊPRES. Ismaël, who had been working at VÊPRES as a temporary employee since late 2021. And Anthony, who was recruited through internal referral by a young carpenter from the company and had left the army to start a fixed-term contract.

Acquire the fundamentals under optimal conditions.

« VÊPRES relies almost exclusively on internal training and on-site skill transfer. This training allows for the acquisition of fundamental knowledge that cannot always be solidified under optimal conditions on a construction site due to time constraints… » explains Marlène Cottet, Head of Human Resources. Plan reading and layout, cutting and installation of partitions and ceilings, spatial orientation, site cleaning, and demobilization are some of the theoretical aspects covered during the 27-week training.

Specific requirements for cleanroom construction

A peer company, facing similar recruitment challenges as VÊPRES, has developed this specialized curriculum for cleanroom construction. Delivered within EffiClasse, this training addresses the highly specific requirements of our professions. Now accredited by the Ministry of Labor, it is registered with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications) and funded by FNE-Formation. VÊPRES is delighted to now have an educational framework to train employees in these professions and the particular skills they require.
