For some years now, VÊPRES has been exporting its know-how beyond the Grenoble technology basin, where the company has built up its expertise with customers in research (CEA, CNRS, universities, etc.), microelectronics (Minatec Entreprises, Schneider, Soitec, ST Microelectronics, etc.) and medical devices (BD, A. Raymond, Stiplastic, etc.). Numerous projects were carried out in the 4 corners of France, creating numerous opportunities to broaden the spectrum of business fields: biotech, plastics, agri-food, cosmetics...

Arrival of Xavier NICOLAS: a meeting based on values

With 13 years' experience in the field of cleanroom, sales manager in a specialist materials company, Xavier NICOLAS was looking forward to a new professional adventure. Highly attached to human values and interpersonal skills, he was waiting for an opportunity which presented itself at VÊPRES, a company (customer) he had known and appreciated for many years.

Xavier NICOLAS: "I was determined to stay in the cleanroom business. In the course of our professional encounters, I've always felt very close to VÊPRES, both its employees and its managers. We share the same professional and human sensibilities. That's very important in sales.

Launched as a joke by Cédric MERCIER during one of their many professional and already very friendly meetings, the idea made its way into people's minds, and the current development of VÊPRES has made it a reality. Xavier NICOLAS joins the company on October 1 as sales development manager for the whole of France.

The arrival of Xavier NICOLAS will enable VÊPRES to grow thanks to his commercial talent, his network and his invaluable knowledge of cleanroom.

His arrival marks a new phase for the company: until now, we've been very reactive commercially, but now we're going to be proactive.

A solid trio is now in charge of VÊPRES sales, with Éric BERNARD-BRUNEL (Project Manager), Xavier NICOLAS (Business Development Manager) and Managing Director Cédric MERCIER, who now leads the company in the family spirit, following in Guy's footsteps VÊPRES.
