A new employee survey was recently conducted to assess working conditions at VÊPRES. Conducted between January 4 and January 23, 2023, the survey was carried out and certified by the independent company ChooseMyCompany, which works to promote CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). The results show a slight increase in participation compared with last year.

Indices still on the rise!

48 people responded (out of 78 invited to take part), compared with 45 the previous year. There was also a marked increase in certain indices. In particular, the recommendation rate (which corresponds to the criterion "I would recommend my company to a friend to come and work there") rose from 73.30% to 91.70%! As for the overall rating, evaluated out of 5, it went from 4.05 / 5 to 4.4 / 5. Given that the thresholds for HappyIndex®AtWork certification are 60% and 3.81% respectively, these figures show that VÊPRES really is a great place to work!

The company continues to recruit

Recent hirings also testify to the company's vitality. Seven new employees have joined the company in recent weeks. The HR department has recruited one person, and a new Administration and Finance Manager has been welcomed. In addition, four new recruits have been taken on for "field" jobs, and a new position has been created for a site foreman.
