A new survey was recently conducted among employees to assess their working conditions at VÊPRES. Conducted between January 4 and 23, 2023, the survey was carried out and certified by the independent company ChooseMyCompany, which promotes CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives. The results indicate a slight increase in participation compared to last year.

Indicators Still Showing Progress!

Indeed, 48 individuals responded (out of 78 invited to participate), compared to 45 the previous year. Furthermore, a significant increase in certain indicators has been observed. Notably, the recommendation rate (corresponding to the criterion 'I would recommend my company to a friend to work here') increased from 73.30% to 91.70%! The overall score, evaluated out of 5, rose from 4.05 / 5 to 4.4 / 5. With thresholds set at 60% and 3.81% respectively to be awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork label, these figures clearly indicate that VÊPRES is an excellent place to work!

The company continues to recruit.

Recent hirings also attest to the company's vitality. Seven new employees have joined the company in recent weeks. The HR department recruited one individual, and a new Administrative and Financial Manager was welcomed. These recruitments are complemented by four hires for "field" positions and the creation of a new role for a site manager.
