Why did you choose VÊPRES?

Benoit MAIRE : Our company manufactures silicone parts by extrusion, stamping, or injection for industrial and medical applications. These parts must meet increasingly stringent specifications regarding manufacturing processes. We already had a cleanroom, but being 10 years old, it had become too small and obsolete to meet the new standards expected by our industrial clients, particularly in the medical sector.

Have you expanded your operations?

BM : Even better, we built a new production unit! The building spans 2,000 m² and houses two ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms spread over 600 m². This new facility boasts performance that complies with standard 13485. This is a requirement in the medical sector, where we hold strong positions. It allows us to continue developing this market and open up to new activity sectors within industry.

Does this new production facility support your development?

BM : Favorable and essential! With 70 employees and 7 million euros in revenue, we remain a family business, and we must invest to stay at the forefront of our markets in France and also internationally, where we generate 15% of our activity across Europe, the Maghreb, and South America.

BM : We needed to quickly build two new cleanrooms, larger, more comfortable for our employees, and equipped with the best technologies to improve our processes.
