This Friday, October 1st, the entire company gathered for a barbecue, an event filled with emotion. Francis VÊPRES, founder of the family business, presented the work medal to Vincent DI LUCA, recognizing his 40 years of service.

Hired in 1981 at the age of 17 (by Francis), Vincent began his career as a carpenter at VÊPRES on a fixed-term contract. One year later, he secured a permanent contract. In 2011, he achieved the highest worker qualification: 'Master Craftsman' in his carpentry role.

With his artistic and creative temperament, he enjoys designing products for clients and tackling every challenge with meticulousness and inventiveness. Vincent is also passionate about football, having been a player for many years before becoming a coach. Team spirit is paramount! However, what holds the most significant place in his life is his family. With his wife Clara, they are parents to 3 children and grandparents to 4 grandchildren. In fact, their youngest grandchild is only a few days old!

Thus, surrounded by his family, in the presence of Claix Mayor Christophe REVIL, and with Le Dauphiné Libéré covering the event, he received this labor medal: 40 years! A truly moving moment during the presentation by Francis VÊPRES, the company's founder 60 years ago!

Cédric MERCIER, who has been leading VÊPRES for nearly two years, and all employees are truly proud of Vincent DI LUCA's achievements, which were fittingly celebrated with a grand barbecue.
