Our General Manager, Cédric Mercier, inaugurated earlier this year the training process to strengthen our occupational prevention policy. We are supported in this initiative by OPPBTP, one of our strong partners.

In June, a first team of supervisors participated in the PREV’ACTION training program. The objective is to discover and integrate best practices, methods, and techniques for efficiently organizing worksites. The aim is to ensure a safe working environment to reduce the number of workplace accidents (AT) and prevent occupational diseases (MP).

Our team was unanimous regarding the quality of the training, both concerning general prevention principles and concrete measures to improve working conditions and foster a proactive mindset: individual responsibility, risk assessment, etc. A big thank you to the trainer, Mr. Edie Cretin, who made this training highly engaging, demonstrating great attentiveness and pedagogical skill.
