The project took place at the ROVIPHARM site, a division of the SGH Healthcare group, specializing in medical devices. The work involved a "revamping" of an existing production workshop with a surface area of 1,650 m² and a height of 10 m, including a 750 m² cleanroom classified as ISO 8.
Two phases were necessary to successfully complete the project:
- Phase 1: Installation of perimeter partitioning for the workshop and installation of a suspended ceiling to make the workshop airtight and facilitate cleaning.
- Phase 2: The work involved revamping a 750 m² production workshop with a 10 m ceiling height. This room is now classified as ISO 8.
The VÊPRES teams installed the partitioning and the cleanroom-type suspended ceiling, and fitted white PVC ducts to create aesthetically pleasing wall-mounted air returns (these components were prefabricated in our workshops). A 75 m² steel mezzanine was constructed to house the entire technical area, including the installation of an air handling unit and its hydraulic manifolds. The project concluded with the commissioning of the system operating in 'Free Cooling' mode, aiming for energy savings.

Work at Height: A Significant Challenge!
Beyond the usual technical challenge of constructing a cleanroom, the ROVIPHARM project propelled the VÊPRES teams to a height of 10 meters, working from aerial platforms, to execute the tasks without interrupting the production lines located below!

Gaining perspective
The VÊPRES teams worked at a height of 10 meters using aerial work platforms to carry out the work without interrupting production lines. VÊPRES revamped a 1,650 m² production workshop, including a 750 m² ISO 8 cleanroom. The work involved the construction of partitions and suspended ceilings, as well as the installation of white PVC ducts for aesthetic wall-mounted air returns. A 75 m² steel mezzanine was added to accommodate the technical area.
