DesTalents H+ Exhibition: A Debut!
HR NewsVÊPRES participated for the first time on April 4th in the 3rd edition of the DesTalents H+ fair, dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities.
Established in 2019 at the initiative of Afiph and APF France Handicap, the DesTalents H+ fair brings together, for one day, candidates with disabilities seeking employment and potential employers.
The Recruitment division gathered approximately forty companies of all sizes, representing numerous sectors, including VÊPRES. The Apprenticeship division, for its part, brought together training centers offering opportunities for professionalization or apprenticeship contracts.
A Day Rich in Exchanges
On this occasion, Lise SILVA-GIGNER and Marlène COTTET from VÊPRES' HR department had the opportunity to meet 25 individuals, who were either applying for a specific role or seeking further information about the company. It was a productive day, marked by valuable exchanges with candidates, as well as with other companies and employment partners! This event is scheduled to be reiterated next year…
