Integration of the CEME Group: new opportunities and enhanced development
Founded in 1949 in Moulins (03), the CEME Group is a national benchmark for electrical and HVAC engineering and maintenance. For over 70 years, it has been involved in projects and services linked to energy efficiency and thermal comfort for the tertiary sector, industry, local authorities and private individuals. CEME employs nearly 800 people across a network of 22 sites in France. With sales of €135 million and 1,600 projects carried out per year, it is a major independent national player in the energy sector.
A new page opens in the history of VÊPRES. The company joins a family-owned group whose values it fully shares. This will enable it to pursue its development with reinforced resources, and open up a host of new opportunities thanks to new synergies.
