VÊPRES was expecting record growth for 2022, which has now materialized with sales in excess of €20 million. That's 100% growth in two years. We owe this excellent growth to our close-knit, motivated teams, and to the foresight and confidence of our customers, who helped us to absorb it.

Structuring, recruiting, training: three pillars of development

The company's constant and rapid growth has been underpinned by the strength of its teams and the creation of activity managers for each of its departments: general services, QSE, human resources, administration and finance, and sales. Operational management is the responsibility of Éric BERNARD-BRUNEL, alongside general management. With a current workforce of 80, this structuring proved important. The creation of a CSE, following the recent elections, will also contribute to the long-term viability of the company.

The company remains on a permanent recruitment drive. In 2023, at least three retirements will have to be offset by new hires. And on the training front, we hope that a new session of professional qualification certification will enable us to train young cold room and clean room envelope fitters again in 2023.

Outlook for 2023: stabilization

After two years of very strong growth, VÊPRES 's main objective is to move towards stabilization. Forecasts for 2023 are already promising, and will continue to build on the foundations recently laid. The renewal of our double ISO certification for the next 3 years, obtained with flying colours, further consolidates the trust already placed in us by our customers and employees.

Our main growth sectors are microelectronics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, but we are also present in all high-tech sectors, including space, cosmetics and biotechnologies.
