VÊPRES anticipated record growth for 2022, which materialized with a turnover exceeding €20 million. This represents a 100% growth over two years. This remarkable growth is attributable to our cohesive and motivated teams, as well as the foresight and trust of our clients, who supported us in managing this expansion.

Structuring, recruiting, training: three pillars of development

The company's constant and rapid development has been underpinned by the strength of its teams and the appointment of activity managers for each department: general services, QSE, human resources, administrative and financial, and commercial. Operational management is handled by Éric BERNARD-BRUNEL, in parallel with general management. With a workforce of 80 people to date, this structuring was crucial. The establishment of a CSE (Social and Economic Committee), following recent elections, will also contribute to the long-term sustainability of the entire organization.

The company maintains an ongoing recruitment strategy. In 2023, new hires will be necessary to compensate for at least three retirements. Regarding training, we anticipate that a new professional qualification certification session in 2023 will allow us to train young installers in cold room and cleanroom envelopes.

2023 Outlook: Stabilization

Following two years of very strong growth, VÊPRES's primary objective is to move towards stabilization. The 2023 forecasts are already promising and will continue to build upon recently implemented strategies. The successful renewal of the double ISO certification for the next three years further solidifies the trust already placed in us by our clients and employees.

Key growth sectors include microelectronics, the pharmaceutical industry, and medical devices; however, we are also active across all high-technology sectors, including aerospace, cosmetics, and biotechnology.
