VÊPRES is a company that recruits regularly. Positions are varied: on site, in the workshop, or in the service teams (design office, administration...). The company cultivates a family spirit and welcomes young people to train them, pass on know-how and help them develop. Some employees have been with the company for over 30 years!

Meeting with the Mission Locale Jeunes Sud Isère employment team

To attract young talent, we need to make ourselves known. That's why we initiated a meeting with the employment team at the Mission Locale Jeunes Sud Isère. Covering 12 communes and 4 cantons, the MLJ has 3 branches in Échirolles, Eybens and Pont-de-Claix, and also has offices in Gières, Vif and Varces. Its mission is to help young people find their way into employment, by introducing them to companies that are recruiting and their activities.

This meeting provided an opportunity to present the company, its activities and its expectations, with a full tour of the offices and workshops, not forgetting our famous model of a cleanroom , which gives a good understanding of our business.

By gaining a better understanding of the company, the players in the field who help employ young people can talk about VÊPRES and guide profiles who recognize themselves in our professions and our values. It's a win-win partnership that further strengthens our involvement as a local socio-economic player.
