VÊPRES is a company that recruits regularly. Positions are diverse, spanning construction sites, workshops, and tertiary teams (design office, administration, etc.). The company cultivates a family-like atmosphere and warmly welcomes young professionals to train them, transmit expertise, and support their development. Meeting with the Employment Team of Mission Locale Jeunes Sud Isère

To attract young talent, it is essential to raise awareness. This is why we initiated a meeting with the employment team of the Mission Locale Jeunes Sud Isère. Covering 12 municipalities and 4 cantons, the MLJ operates three branches in Échirolles, Eybens, and Pont-de-Claix, and holds regular sessions in Gières, Vif, and Varces. Its mission is to assist young people in finding their path to employment by introducing them to recruiting companies and their activities.

This meeting provided an opportunity to present the company, its professions, and its expectations, with a comprehensive tour of the offices and workshops, not to mention our renowned cleanroom model, which effectively illustrates our operations.

By gaining a better understanding of the company, local stakeholders who support youth employment can discuss VÊPRES and guide individuals who identify with our professions and values. This is a win-win partnership that further strengthens our involvement as a local socio-economic actor.
