For the second year running, the Covid-19 crisis has made life more difficult for businesses and the general public alike. In this difficult context, VÊPRES was very much in demand from its long-standing customers, but this did not prevent it from successfully completing all its new projects.

The year 2021 ends with excellent sales of around €13 million, perfectly in line with forecasts. The involvement of our teams has been essential, and we are very proud of the spirit of commitment that unites all our employees in the service of our customers.

Recruiting: a constant challenge

In 2021, twelve employees joined the VÊPRES team, which now numbers 75. Business development now requires us to recruit on an ongoing basis. All departments are involved, especially production, workshop and site teams.

This crucial challenge has prompted us to explore all avenues for recruiting new talent. Apprenticeships, collaboration with Missions Locales Sud Isère and Vizille, periods of work experience... This year, the implementation of a simulation-based recruitment method (MRS), in collaboration with Pôle Emploi, was particularly rewarding and will be repeated in 2022.

Double-digit growth forecast for 2022

The year 2022 is already shaping up to be a historic one for VÊPRES , with unprecedented growth. I'm proud to be President of such a fine company with such a bright future. I know I can count on our teams to meet these new challenges, and I'm delighted to announce thatÉric BERNARD-BRUNEL has become Managing Director and Partner, while retaining his responsibilities as Operations Director. Éric joined VÊPRES in 2007, to create and develop the company's engineering and general contracting activities. He was also instrumental in developing the design office, which now employs around twenty people.

Our team is as motivated as ever and ready to take on the challenges of 2022.
