VÊPRES' challenges for 2022: managing strong growth and recruiting!
Corporate LifeDespite the health crisis, VÊPRES achieved 2021 revenues in line with its forecasts. With double-digit growth projected for 2022, the company continues to strategically organize itself to address its numerous challenges.
For the second consecutive year, the Covid-19 crisis presented significant challenges for businesses and the general population. Despite this difficult environment, VÊPRES experienced high demand from its long-standing clients, successfully executing all its new projects without impediment.
The year 2021 concludes with excellent revenue, approximately €13 million, perfectly in line with forecasts. The team's dedication has been paramount, and we are very proud of the proactive spirit that unites all our employees in serving our clients.
Recruiting: An Ongoing Priority
In 2021, twelve new employees joined the VÊPRES teams, bringing the total workforce to 75. Business expansion now necessitates continuous recruitment. All departments within the company are affected, particularly the production, workshop, and site teams.
This crucial challenge compels us to explore all avenues for recruiting new talent. Apprenticeships, collaboration with the Missions Locales Sud Isère and Vizille, professional immersion periods… This year, the implementation of a simulation-based recruitment method (MRS), in collaboration with Pôle Emploi, proved particularly enriching and will be renewed in 2022.
A double-digit growth forecast for 2022
The year 2022 is already shaping up to be historic for VÊPRES, with an unprecedented level of growth. It is a privilege to now serve as president of such a promising company with a bright future. I know I can rely on our teams to meet these new challenges, and I am delighted to announce that Éric BERNARD-BRUNEL is becoming Managing Director and Partner, while retaining his responsibilities as Operations Director. Éric joined VÊPRES in 2007 to establish and develop the integrated systems activity, and subsequently the general contracting division. He has also facilitated the growth of the design office, which now comprises approximately twenty individuals.
Our team remains highly motivated and ready to tackle the challenges of 2022.
