What does NUTRIMUSCLE do?

Alexandre BENAMRAN: NUTRIMUSCLE is a branch of the FINOLI Group, an industrial conglomerate focused on health and well-being. We own the PATYKA brand, a high-end, certified organic skincare range. And as part of our expansion, we have acquired NUTRIMUSCLE, the French leader in dietary supplements for top-level athletes and bodybuilders. Our products are designed to improve performance, endurance, explosiveness, recovery...

So you do conditioning?

AB: This is a market where customers are very demanding when it comes to quality. We therefore control our entire production chain, from design to raw materials and packaging, with food standards that must be beyond reproach. Most of our products are powders (proteins, collagens, peptopro, amino acids, creatine, etc.), and therefore highly sensitive to atmospheric conditions, temperature and hygrometry. Compliance with dosages is also essential, as is product appearance.

Hence the need to work in a controlled atmosphere?

AB: Indeed, for the quality of our production and the working conditions of our teams, we have to perfectly control the behavior of powders, which are by nature highly volatile and "sticky".

Why did you use VÊPRES ?

AB : Following its acquisition, we decided to build a new factory for NUTRIMUSCLE: offices, warehouses, production. It was a question of replacing an obsolete industrial tool and increasing our production capacity. VÊPRES was recommended to us by a supplier, and from the first meeting, we found ourselves in full confidence in front of specialists who immediately impressed us with their level of expertise.

What do you mean by that?

AB : Building a factory is no small thing! For the controlled atmosphere production area (nearly 300 m²) for which they were in charge, VÊPRES really supported and accompanied us. Super strength of proposal, always judicious recommendations, the discussions were very sharp. Both on the functional and economic aspects, we have learned a lot from their experience.

And how did the site work out?

AB: Impressive! I've been involved in a number of projects, both professionally and personally, and this is the first time I've had such a positive experience. Whether on time or on budget, all commitments were met. Even a week ahead of schedule - I've never seen anything like it! The project manager was attentive and available, and always gave good advice. The on-site team was highly professional, meticulous down to the last detail, and perfectly coordinated with the other parties involved.
