Do you specialize in packaging operations?

AB : This is a market where clients are highly demanding regarding quality. We therefore control our entire production chain, encompassing design, raw materials, and packaging, with impeccable food standards. Most of our products are powders (proteins, collagens, peptopro, amino acids, creatine, etc.), making them highly sensitive to atmospheric conditions, temperature, and humidity. Adherence to precise dosages is also paramount, as is the product's appearance.

Hence the necessity to operate under a controlled atmosphere?

AB : Indeed, for both the quality of our production and the working conditions of our teams, we must precisely control the behavior of powders, which are inherently very volatile and 'sticky'.

Why did you choose VÊPRES?

AB : Following its acquisition, we decided to construct a new facility for NUTRIMUSCLE, encompassing offices, warehouses, and production areas. The objective was to replace an obsolete industrial tool and enhance our production capacity. VÊPRES was recommended to us by a supplier, and from the very first meeting, we felt complete confidence with specialists who immediately impressed us with their level of expertise.

Specifically?

AB : Building a factory is a significant undertaking! For the controlled atmosphere production zone (nearly 300 m²) for which they were responsible, VÊPRES truly supported and guided us. They demonstrated excellent proactive problem-solving and consistently provided sound recommendations; the discussions were highly insightful. Regarding both functional and economic aspects, we gained immense knowledge from their experience.

How was the project executed?

AB : Impressive! I have overseen several projects, both professionally and personally, and this is the first time a project has progressed so smoothly. Regarding both adherence to deadlines and budget, all commitments were met. Even finishing a week ahead of schedule – I've never seen that! The project manager was attentive, available, and consistently provided sound advice. The on-site team was highly professional, performing meticulous work down to the smallest detail and in perfect coordination with other stakeholders.
