Construction of a 280 m² production unit
NUTRIMUSCLE (FINOLI Group) manufactures nutritional supplements for high-level athletes. To ensure product quality and optimal working conditions (due to volatile and sticky compounds), manufacturing must occur in a controlled atmosphere. VÊPRES constructed the 280 m² of this 'grey room' type production unit, which was part of a comprehensive factory construction project.

4 months of construction: deadlines met
Construction of the grey room commenced in mid-May, and the production unit was delivered in mid-August, one week ahead of the initial schedule. The development of this room was integral to the comprehensive construction of a new factory, encompassing offices, warehouses, and production facilities. A key challenge was ensuring seamless coordination among all project stakeholders. This responsibility falls to the VÊPRES project manager, who oversees the work with the technical team and manages client communication.
The controlled atmosphere production unit is classified as a «grey room». It was entirely constructed by VÊPRES's teams:

- Partitioning and ceiling with cleanroom-type sandwich panels.
- Resin flooring with cove base on partitions.
- Compressed air distribution system with connection points available in the room.
- Air treatment for the premises using a direct expansion air handling unit.
- Process extraction network with pressure management across all rooms.
