Our technical platform has been established, and the first training session has commenced. The objective is to enhance our teams' skills, enabling us to continue innovating and meeting industry demands. This new space is designed to maintain a high level of quality, effectively transfer expertise, and empower our employees, ultimately improving VÊPRES' overall performance.

Establishment of the technical platform

Since May 2024, VÊPRES has been collaborating with the INEDY consulting firm to define and structure this project. Following workshops and interviews, a training program has been developed. The technical platform, installed at the company's site, is a modular 93 m² space, equipped with all necessary elements: technical equipment, storage, and furniture to support practical training sessions.

Maintaining the Quality of Services

The primary objective is to maintain service quality, which is crucial in cleanrooms where standards are stringent. Installers will therefore be trained under optimal conditions. The ambition is to continuously enhance technical skills and simulate real working environments, thereby ensuring meticulous execution on every project. Topics covered will include plan reading, cutting, installation of ceilings, ducts, and partitions, on-site postures, QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment), and clean-concept principles. To date, only the 'plan reading' and 'finishing' modules have been developed.

Transmit our expertise

It is essential to share acquired expertise with new recruits and existing teams to maintain our high standards. The technical platform will serve as the central hub for sessions led by internal trainers (volunteer employees) to design and facilitate tailored programs. The objective is to enhance team adaptability to technical challenges while ensuring effective assimilation of the skills necessary for successful project execution.

The project emphasizes valuing employee contributions, a key factor in retention and satisfaction. By involving teams in training on actual installations, VÊPRES ensures the recognition of each employee and strengthens their commitment. The technical platform, designed to enhance skills, will provide a secure and ergonomic environment conducive to learning.

Similar to the internal training platform of the CEME Group and the CEME Academy, our project aligns with the framework of Workforce and Career Path Management (GEPP), a proactive approach aimed at managing and developing our employees' skills. By enhancing the competence and engagement of its teams, VÊPRES gains an additional advantage in effectively meeting client requirements.
