HR NewsVÊPRES has created a technical platform to train its teams and maintain the company's high level of quality and performance.
Our technical platform has been set up, and the first training course has begun. The aim is to strengthen the skills of our teams, so that we can continue to innovate and meet the demands of the sector. This new space is designed to maintain a high level of quality, effectively transmit know-how and enhance the value of our employees, with the aim of improving the overall performance of VÊPRES.
Setting up the technical platform
Since May 2024, VÊPRES has been working with INEDY to define and structure this project. After workshops and interviews, a training program was drawn up. The technical platform, installed on the company site, is a 93 m² modular space, equipped with everything you need: technical equipment, storage and furniture to support hands-on training.
Maintaining service quality
The main challenge is to maintain the quality of our services, which is crucial in cleanrooms where standards are strict. Fitters will be trained in the best possible conditions. The ambition is to constantly reinforce technical skills and simulate real working environments, thus guaranteeing meticulous performance on every site. Topics covered include blueprint reading, cutting, ceiling, duct and partition assembly, worksite postures, QSE and clean-concept. To date, only the "blueprint reading" and "finishing" modules have been developed.
Passing on our skills
It is essential to share the expertise acquired with new recruits and existing teams to maintain our high standards. The technical platform will be the central venue for the sessions, with in-house trainers (volunteer employees) to design and run tailored programs. The aim is to reinforce the adaptability of our teams in the face of technical challenges, while ensuring that they assimilate the skills required for successful projects.

The project focuses on enhancing the value of employees' work, a key factor in building loyalty and satisfaction. By involving teams in training on actual installations, VÊPRES ensures recognition of each employee and reinforces their commitment. The technical platform, designed to enhance skills, will provide a safe and ergonomic setting conducive to learning.

Like the CEME Group 's in-house training platform and the CEME Academy, our project is part of our Job and Career Management (GEPP) program, a proactive approach to managing and developing our employees' skills. By reinforcing the skills and commitment of its teams, VÊPRES has an additional asset with which to respond effectively to the demands of its customers.
