EXCELVISION – FAREVA Group

Health / Medical Grade C

Project including cleanrooms in grade C as part of the creation of a new production unit for EXCELVISION, a subsidiary of the WAREVA Group.

A 1,500 m² project comprising 950 m² of cleanrooms, delivered a month early!

EXCELVISION, a subsidiary of the FAREVA Group (flagship of the French medical sector), has entrusted the CUYNAT Constructions consortium, Bâtir 2020 and VÊPRES, the completion of one of the largest components of the strategic extension of its production facilities. In this large-scale project with a total surface area of 3,500 m², VÊPRES has been entrusted with the turnkey construction of 1,500 m² of cleanrooms and technical rooms.

The cleanrooms in grade C accommodate: changing rooms, airlocks, circulation corridors, preparation rooms, support rooms (laundry, equipment storage, etc.) and "filling" rooms: EXCELVISION produces "single-dosed" solutions for eye treatments.

The deadlines were very short: 9 months for a large-scale project that welcomed 105 companies, up to 45 companies simultaneously on the site. The organization and methodology of VÊPRES, proven in other areas of activity, were highly appreciated by the sponsor.

Our teams and partners have built all the infrastructure for the cleanrooms : partitions, false ceilings, floor coverings, manual and automatic doors, locksmithing, air treatment (heat insulation), chilled and hot water distribution, high and low current electricity, up to greying and commissioning... Validated a month in advance!!

VÊPRES would like to thank EXCELVISION for its trust in this magnificent project as well as CUYNAT Constructions and Bâtir 2020 for their collaboration.

A Grade C project

VÊPRES was commissioned to carry out cleanrooms as part of the extension of the EXCELVISION production unit. The project, with a total surface area of 3,500 m², included the turnkey construction of 1,500 m² of cleanrooms and technical rooms. These rooms house various facilities for the production of eye solutions. Despite tight nine-month deadlines and the coordination of many companies, Vêpres has been on schedule.
