A 1,500 m² project, featuring 950 m² of cleanrooms, delivered one month ahead of schedule!
EXCELVISION, a subsidiary of the FAREVA Group (a flagship of the French medical sector), entrusted the consortium of CUYNAT Constructions, Bâtir 2020, and VÊPRES with the execution of one of the largest components of its strategic production facility expansion. Within this large-scale project, spanning a total area of 3,500 m², VÊPRES was commissioned for the turnkey delivery of 1,500 m² of cleanrooms and technical premises.
The Grade C cleanrooms house: changing rooms, airlocks, circulation corridors, a preparation room, support rooms (laundry, material storage, etc.), and the "filling" rooms: EXCELVISION produces "unit-dose" solutions for ophthalmic treatments.
The deadlines were extremely tight: nine months for a large-scale project that involved 105 companies, with up to 45 enterprises operating simultaneously on site. VÊPRES's organization and methodology, proven in other sectors, were highly valued by the client.
Our teams and partners have completed the entire infrastructure for the cleanrooms: partitions, false ceilings, floor coverings, manual and automatic doors, locksmithing, air treatment systems (thermal insulation regulation), chilled and hot water distribution, high and low voltage electrical systems, up to the grey room stage and commissioning. This was validated one month ahead of schedule!!

A Grade C project
VÊPRES was tasked with constructing Grade C cleanrooms as part of the expansion of EXCELVISION's production unit. The project, with a total area of 3,500 m², included the turnkey construction of 1,500 m² of cleanrooms and technical areas. These cleanrooms house various facilities for the production of ophthalmic solutions. Despite tight deadlines of nine months and the coordination of numerous companies, VÊPRES adhered to its schedule.
