This certification is essential for measuring team well-being and evaluating the impact of the initiatives we undertake throughout the year. This year, the participation rate has increased! Out of 95 individuals surveyed, 62.9% responded to the survey, and VÊPRES achieved an overall score of 4.09/5. A very strong indicator emerged, as over 83% of respondents would recommend the company to a friend or family member.
