More than two years after the first training session for the company's managers, the prevention training program delivered by OPPBTP has come to a successful close. All the company's employees have acquired the culture and reflexes needed to reduce the risk of accidents in the workplace.

The PREV'ACTION program is particularly original in that it does more than simply train operators to deal with risks. A health and safety culture requires awareness and good practice at all levels of the company. Team leaders are in the front line in integrating prevention into their organization, and in mobilizing and motivating operators. Thanks to their experience in the field, they can play an active role in continuous improvement and make suggestions.

Of course, the prevention program is also aimed at operators, who are called upon to understand and detect all the risks associated with their activities, in order to propose and apply good health and safety practices.
