More than two years after the initial training session for company executives, the prevention training program delivered by OPPBTP has successfully concluded. The objective has been achieved: all company employees have acquired the knowledge and practices necessary to reduce accident risks in their workplace.

The PREV’ACTION program is particularly innovative, as it goes beyond merely training operators on risks. A health and safety culture requires awareness and best practices at all levels of the company. Team leaders are at the forefront of integrating prevention into their organization, mobilizing and motivating operators. They are key players in continuous improvement and proactive in proposing solutions, thanks to their field experience.

Naturally, the prevention program also targeted operators, who are required to understand and identify all risks associated with their activities, in order to propose and implement best practices for health and safety.

The entire VÊPRES team thanks OPPBTP and its trainers for this high-quality training program, which today enables everyone to be aware of and actively participate in prevention, regardless of their position and responsibilities.
