Recruitment: a technical and cultural handover

When recruiting, VÊPRES looks for talented professional profiles, but also for a mindset in line with the company's values. In order to pass on the company's know-how and culture, an integration program has been set up to ensure a smooth handover between new arrivals and employees nearing retirement.
Hugo PERRIN and Patrice SANTOMAURO
Patrice SANTOMAURO will retire at the end of 2021. He joined VÊPRES in 1996 as a carpenter-fitter, and over the years has developed his skills and commitment to the company. Starting out as a draughtsman in 2002, he became a design engineer in 2006, a design technician in 2007, and since 2011 has been in charge of infrastructure projects. A key member of our teams, he is recognized for his ability to listen, his benevolence, his technical credibility and the versatility that comes from his professional background. Over the years, he has earned the trust of management by skilfully managing a large number of sometimes highly complex projects.
Hugo PERRIN is here! His position as Works Supervisor was defined by the HR Manager and the Project Director. Hugo's profile was attracted by his experience already acquired in the field and his mastery of IT tools. A good listener and curious person, he has a real thirst for learning and a real enthusiasm for the job.
Integration program
With a one-month renewable trial period "to find out if we can work together", Patrice and Hugo follow the program drawn up by the HR manager. With regular check-ups, the aim is to ensure the transfer of know-how and Hugo's integration into the team.
This approach enables newcomers to join the company with top-quality support, thanks to the invaluable experience of an employee who knows all the ins and outs of the business, and who takes pleasure in passing on all his years of knowledge.
