In its recruitment efforts, VÊPRES seeks talented professionals who also embody the company's values. To ensure the transfer of expertise and company culture, an integration program has been established to facilitate a handover between new hires and employees nearing retirement.

Hugo PERRIN and Patrice SANTOMAURO

Patrice SANTOMAURO will retire at the end of 2021. He joined VÊPRES in 1996 as a carpenter-installer and has progressed over the years thanks to his talent and dedication to the company. Starting as a draftsman in 2002, then a project designer in 2006, a design technician in 2007, he has been an infrastructure business manager since 2011. A key member of the teams, he is recognized for his attentiveness, benevolence, technical credibility, and extensive versatility stemming from his professional background. Over the years, he has earned the trust of management by masterfully leading numerous projects, some of which were highly complex.

Hugo PERRIN joins us! His role as a construction manager was defined by the HR Manager and the Project Director. Hugo's profile was particularly compelling due to his established field experience and mastery of IT tools. Highly attentive and inquisitive, he demonstrates a genuine eagerness to learn and a strong enthusiasm for the position.

Integration Program

With a renewable one-month trial period "to determine if we can work together," Patrice and Hugo follow the program established by the HR Manager. Through regular check-ins, the objective is to ensure the transfer of expertise and Hugo's integration into the team.

This approach enables new entrants to integrate into the company with high-quality support, thanks to the invaluable experience of a colleague who understands all aspects of the profession and enjoys sharing years of knowledge.
