This year, three young VÊPRES employees completed a new training program offered by EffiClasse, specifically designed for the intricacies of Cleanrooms. All three successfully completed their course.

Following seven months of training, Yohan Gouas, Anthony Barnay, and Ismaël Diallo, all three installation carpenters, have successfully obtained a new CQP specifically for cleanrooms: "Cold Room and Cleanroom Envelope Installer."
This training enabled them to acquire certain skills more rapidly, although, as Marlène Cottet, HR Manager, emphasizes: "Most of the trades at VÊPRES are learned on-site, through direct engagement with experienced workers who are committed to transmitting their expertise."
