This year, three young employees from VÊPRES took part in a new EffiClasse training course dedicated to the specificities of cleanrooms. And all three have successfully completed the course.

At the end of seven months' training, Yohan Gouas, Anthony Barnay and Ismaël Diallo, all three carpenter fitters, have validated a new CQP specific to cleanrooms: "Cold room and cleanroom envelope fitter".
As HR manager Marlène Cottet points out: " Most of the skills at VÊPRES are learned on the job, in contact with experienced workers who are keen to pass on their know-how.
