HR News

From September 1, the company welcomes Bryan, for an apprenticeship contract in carpentry.

Apprenticeship contract to build cleanrooms

Established in the Grenoble region for over 50 years, VÊPRES is committed to employment in its economic area. Employment of young people, in particular, is one of the company's core concerns, through a partnership with the Mission Locale Jeunes Sud Isère.

Apprenticeship contract: a first for the company!

With this in mind, VÊPRES welcomes its first apprentice, Bryan, on September 1. His apprenticeship contract withITM Grenoble will run for two academic years, until June 30, 2022.

Bryan discovered carpentry through the work and passion of his father. He had the opportunity to do his first carpentry internship, and this confirmed his choice of direction for his training. The apprenticeship will enable him to understand the trade, receive explanations, learn from his mistakes, work safely and gradually gain in autonomy. He is counting on the benevolence of his training supervisor.

Passing the torch from one generation to the next

To support Bryan, Patrick GUEYDAN will be his training supervisor. Having joined VÊPRES in 2017 after an initial 6-month temporary assignment, he is nearing the end of his career and is keen to pass on his know-how and passion for carpentry. A patient teacher, Patrick enjoys working with young people, " especially if they're motivated and want to learn".

Patrick and Bryan will be working together for the duration of the apprenticeship. Patrick's talent and ability to organize, as well as his passion for the carpentry trade, should enable Bryan to take off professionally with a solid foundation.

The whole company is delighted to welcome Bryan!
