Fostering the integration of our new employees!

HR News

At VÊPRES, employee onboarding is a priority. To ensure a smooth transition into new roles, we have implemented a new integration schedule. Central to this system is the key role of a mentor, enabling each individual to quickly adapt to their work environment.

Recruitment News

Integrating into a company is never straightforward. Since mid-May, VÊPRES has implemented a new onboarding program, where each new employee benefits from the support of a mentor tasked with guiding them during their entry into the company. This initiative aims to facilitate their assumption of duties at VÊPRES.

A structured framework

The onboarding process spans one month, typically structured with three integration days per week. This pace is adjusted according to the position to best suit the specific needs of new team members. During this period, meetings with each department are scheduled to introduce the company's organization, individual roles, and specific aspects of VÊPRES' operations.

The Key Role of the Mentor

The mentor plays a central role. Through their availability, attentive listening, and benevolence, they establish a climate of trust. They organize site tours, facilitate initial interactions with the team, and convey site operating procedures. Technically, they assist with familiarization with tools and methods, answer questions, and guide our new recruits according to their needs, while monitoring their progress towards autonomy.

Preserving our core principles

The integration of employees at VÊPRES is based on solid and immutable principles: HR onboarding with the provision of a welcome booklet and key documents, QSE awareness training, an astonishment report to tailor support, and regular check-ins during the probationary period to ensure proper follow-up.

This initiative fully aligns with VÊPRES' commitment to valuing its teams, strengthening individual engagement, and continuously ensuring professional well-being within the company.
