Following the double certification obtained last year, an audit must be carried out every year to confirm the application of provisions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

This first surveillance audit was carried out on November 24 and 25 by LRQA Lloyd's Register.

Objectives: assess the conformity of the company's management system to ISO 9001:V2015 and ISO 45001:V2018 standards

• monitoring changes in the organization and its environment;
• follow-up of improvement actions implemented since the last visit, including follow-up of previous findings;
• assessing the effectiveness of management systems ;
• within the framework of the processes and activities audited, confirmation of the ongoing application of provisions meeting the requirements of the above-mentioned standards, customer requirements and legal and regulatory requirements;
• as part of the thematic approach, investigation focused on communication with external service providers and employee consultation.

ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 dual certification maintained

The LRQA Lloyd's Register auditor noted a number of strong points: structuring and management actions implemented, commitment of management, involvement of supervisors and staff, detailed analysis of interested party requirements with identification of risks and opportunities, exchange arrangements implemented in the field...
