Following the double certification obtained last year, an annual audit must be conducted to confirm the implementation of provisions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

This initial surveillance audit was conducted on November 24 and 25 by the certification body LRQA Lloyd's Register.

Objectives: To assess the conformity of the company's management system with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

• monitoring the developments of the organization and its environment;
• monitoring improvement actions implemented since the last visit, including follow-up on previous findings;
• evaluation of management system effectiveness;
• within the scope of audited processes and activities, confirmation of the continuous application of provisions meeting the requirements of the previously cited standards, client requirements, and legal and regulatory requirements;
• within the framework of the thematic approach, an investigation focused on communication with external service providers and employee consultation.
