It was 9 months ago, in July 2020. A group meeting was organized at VÊPRES to introduce the company to potential new talents. This was followed by individual interviews for those who wished to apply, after discovering the positions on offer, the business and the company's mindset.

Chakib CHATIOU was already on assignment with our interim partner WORK 2000, but the agency had invited him to take part in the group meeting, even though he wasn't immediately available. The meeting was very positive, followed by a personal interview which confirmed that Chakib was the ideal carpenter-fitter to reinforce the VÊPRES teams. But we had to wait a little longer...

Finally, in September, when Chakib became available again, the temporary employment agency immediately offered him a contract to join Vêpres. Chakib's experience in the construction industry, his know-how and his spirit of solidarity and commitment quickly confirmed that he was a perfect match for the profiles that VÊPRES is always looking for. And he accepted the permanent contract he was offered from April 12.

VÊPRES would like to thank Work 2000 for having encouraged Chakib CHATIOU to come and take part in the first group meeting to get to know each other, and for maintaining the link so that we didn't lose touch. As a bonus, the agency financed a training course in working at height before the start of the permanent contract, a real plus for Chakib's CV and a very valuable additional skill for VÊPRES.
