In order to consolidate its organization and further improve its services, VÊPRES is pleased to welcome Raphaëlle TESTON to the position of Administrative and Financial Director. "I'm delighted to be joining a company I know well, and which I appreciate for the quality of its teams, its professional standards and its friendly atmosphere. It's a stimulating environment that I've always enjoyed working in for 17 years as a chartered accountant", explains Raphaëlle TESTON.
Strategic recruitment
For Cédric Mercier, Managing Director of VÊPRES, this arrival is a logical step: " Raphaëlle has been present at key moments, notably during the takeover of the company with Guy VÊPRES, then the merger with Groupe CEME, with whom she will also be working. Her accounting, legal and organizational expertise, combined with her historical knowledge of our structure, will enable her to fully master our challenges and ambitions."
Key missions
In her new role, Raphaëlle TESTON is responsible for monitoring the company's financial situation and providing a clear, global overview. " The role of our department is to provide management with relevant and readable indicators, essential for strategic decision-making and good governance", she explains.
Digitization: a new challenge
Among its priorities is the digital transformation of the finance department. "The widespread introduction of electronic invoicing, mandatory from September 2026, represents a major development. It will require rigorous planning, ongoing dialogue with software publishers and close collaboration with the CEME Group's IT department," she points out.
