Strategic recruitment
For Cédric Mercier, CEO of VÊPRES, this appointment represents a logical step: « Raphaëlle has been present during significant moments, notably during the company's acquisition with Guy VÊPRES, and then during the merger with the CEME Group, with whom she will also collaborate. In her new role, Raphaëlle TESTON's mission is to monitor the company's financial situation and provide a clear and comprehensive overview. "Our department's role is to provide management with relevant and clear indicators, essential for strategic decision-making and sound governance," she explains.
Digitalization: a new challenge
Among its priorities is the digital transformation of the finance department. «The widespread adoption of electronic invoicing, mandatory from September 2026, represents a major evolution. It will require rigorous planning, continuous dialogue with software publishers, and close collaboration with the CEME Group's IT department, » she states.
