With the expansion of our operations, the issue of an extraction system for our workshop has become a priority in recent years. Given the significant investment required, VÊPRES benefited from the assistance of CARSAT Rhône-Alpes (Retirement and Occupational Health Insurance Fund) through a prevention and working conditions improvement contract. The key objectives for this technical and financial support aligned with CARSAT's values, specifically: improving work at height, lifting, handling, and mitigating exposure to dust risks.

Regarding the new extraction equipment, in collaboration with CARSAT engineers and inspectors, the specifications were developed to comply with regulatory requirements for chemical risks (dust), ATEX, and INRS recommendations. CARSAT's financial support is contingent upon the final installation being validated by its inspectors. Beyond this extraction system for the workshop and workstations, the prevention initiative, financially backed by CARSAT, also includes assistance for purchasing equipment related to primary health and safety risks, such as working at height, manual handling, and lifting. Additionally, « Prev’Action » training programs are provided for management and supervisory personnel.
