In a delicate political and economic context, the year 2024 concluded with a turnover of 19 million euros. Despite the challenging economic climate that affected almost all sectors and caused project and site delays, we maintained our focus on commercial development and continued to recruit to strengthen our teams. Today, VÊPRES has 98 employees, trained and motivated to contribute to the company's success, with a new subsidiary in Switzerland and ever-increasing synergies with the CEME Group.

Promising prospects!

Because our reputation for excellence transcends borders, 2024 was marked by the opening of our subsidiary in Switzerland to meet a growing demand for Cleanrooms. This significant step begins with an initial study for a major player in luxury watchmaking. Our recognized expertise attracts the interest of numerous companies whose needs for controlled atmosphere zones represent a strategic imperative. The establishment of VÊPRES Switzerland was facilitated by the support of CEME. After one year, the synergy between our expertise and CEME's knowledge has proven successful. A success perfectly symbolized by our image and logo, which, while preserving their identity, now bear the colors of the CEME Group.

Satisfaction, recruitment, and training

We are delighted to observe that our employees feel valued within the company. This is reflected in our third consecutive achievement of the HappyIndex®AtWork label, based on employee feedback regarding their working conditions. Given these results, we are confident in achieving it again this year. This satisfaction contributes to the stability of our teams, with some employees having been with us for several decades. This loyalty was celebrated at the end of the year with the presentation of labor medals to employees who have been with VÊPRES for 20, 30, 35, and 40 years! This stability and recognition reinforce our commitment to fostering a fulfilling professional environment for our teams and attracting new talent. We will continue to organize convivial and cohesive events that consistently draw large attendance.

Creation of a technical training platform

To address the increasing demand for controlled atmosphere zones, which are now indispensable across numerous industries, we are dedicated to enhancing specialized training programs for our trades. A dedicated technical training facility will be established. Designed for assemblers and installers, this initiative will facilitate the acquisition of new theoretical and practical skills, thereby meeting industrial requirements and ensuring optimal production performance.

Setting course for 2025!

Thanks to synergies with the CEME group, with whom we share the same values (service orientation, commitment, and responsibility), the commercial development of our activities, and our loyal teams, strengthened in 2025, VÊPRES possesses all the assets to pursue robust growth, with an already encouraging order book, aiming to exceed the 20 M turnover mark as early as 2025.
