Against a delicate political and economic backdrop, 2024 ended with sales of 19 million euros. Despite the difficult economic climate, which impacted almost all sectors of activity and caused projects and worksites to be postponed, we maintained our focus on business development and continued to recruit to strengthen our teams. Today, VÊPRES has 98 employees, trained and motivated to contribute to the company's success, with a new subsidiary in Switzerland and ever greater synergies with the CEME Group.

Great prospects!

Because our reputation for excellence crosses borders, 2024 was marked by the opening of our subsidiary in Switzerland to meet growing demand for clean rooms. This milestone began with an initial study for a major player in the luxury watchmaking industry. Our recognized expertise is attracting the interest of many companies whose needs for controlled-atmosphere areas represent a strategic challenge. The creation of VÊPRES Suisse was facilitated by the support of CEME. After just one year, the synergy between our know-how and CEME's expertise is a success. A success perfectly symbolized by our image and logo, which, while preserving their identity, now bear the colors of the CEME Group.

Satisfaction, recruitment and training

We're delighted to see that our employees feel good about working for us. This is reflected in the fact that, for the third year running, we have been awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork label, based on feedback from our employees about their working conditions. In view of the results, we are confident of obtaining it again this year. This satisfaction is reflected in the stability of our teams, some of whom have been with us for several decades. We celebrated this loyalty by awarding long-service medals at the end of the year to employees who have been with VÊPRES for 20, 30, 35 and 40 years! This stability and recognition reinforces our determination to foster a fulfilling professional environment for our teams and to recruit new talent. We will also continue to organize convivial and cohesive events, which are always well attended.

Creation of a technical training platform

To meet the growing demand for controlled-atmosphere zones, which is becoming essential in many areas of activity, we are committed to strengthening the training programs specific to our businesses. The creation of a technical training platform will soon see the light of day. Aimed at fitters, this will enable them to acquire new skills, both theoretical and practical, to meet the needs of manufacturers and achieve the best possible production performance.

Set course for 2025!

Thanks to synergies with the CEME group, whose values we share (sense of service, commitment and responsibility), to the commercial development of our activities, and to our loyal teams, which will be reinforced in 2025, VÊPRES has all the assets it needs to pursue solid growth, with an encouraging order book already in place, in order to pass the 20 M sales mark again by 2025.
