The year 2023 ended with an unprecedented thrill for the entire company. On December 14, at the Grenoble Chamber of Commerce's "nuit de l'économie", VÊPRES was awarded the Growth Trophy for companies with over 50 employees! This recognition crowned an exceptional year of success.

Successful targets in 2023, prospects for 2024

After strong growth in 2021 and 2022, which earned us the Grenoble Chamber of Commerce's Growth Trophy, the objective for 2023 was to stabilize sales. By increasing sales from €22.7 to €24.5 million, we have met this challenge, giving VÊPRES a very favorable start to 2024, a year already rich in orders and scheduled projects.

The outlook for 2024 is already very encouraging, especially since the merger with Groupe CEME last June should open up new markets and enable us to carry out synergistic projects to support healthy, sustainable growth. Quality, productivity, safety: the need for cleanrooms is growing in all sectors of activity. VÊPRES 's experience and know-how are assets in meeting this demand.

Focus on human resources

VÊPRES is recognized for its quality of life at work, 91.7% of the 61% of employees who responded to our Happy At Work index said they would recommend their company to friends. This is of course due to a corporate culture based on family values, but also to a highly innovative recruitment and training policy.

This year, there were numerous initiatives to meet and welcome new employees, including the H+ Talents trade show, membership of GETH (Groupement d'Employés Travailleurs Handicapés), and a simulation-based recruitment method in collaboration with Pôle Emploi. In addition, the company continued its involvement in the training program dedicated to its trade, the CQP - certificat de qualification professionnelle - cold room and clean room envelope assembler. Six employees graduated in 2023. Other projects are underway to reinforce training initiatives specific to our business, notably the creation of a technical platform for installation workers to standardize skills in the field.

Thanks to the trust placed in us by our customers and the dedication of our teams, VÊPRES is growing on solid foundations and sound values.
