The year 2023 concluded with an unprecedented moment of pride for the entire company. On December 14th, during the Grenoble CCI's 'Night of the Economy' event, VÊPRES was awarded the Growth Trophy for companies with over 50 employees! This recognition successfully capped an exceptional year.

2023 Objectives Achieved, 2024 Outlook

Following the robust growth experienced in 2021 and 2022, which earned us the Grenoble Chamber of Commerce and Industry Growth Trophy, the objective for 2023 was to stabilize turnover. By increasing from €22.7 million to €24.5 million, this challenge was successfully met, providing VÊPRES with a highly favorable momentum to commence a 2024 already rich in orders and scheduled projects.

The outlook for 2024 is already very encouraging, especially as the recent merger in June with the CEME Group is expected to facilitate entry into new markets and enable synergistic project execution to support healthy and sustainable growth. Quality, productivity, safety: the demand for Cleanrooms is increasing across all sectors of activity. VÊPRES' experience and expertise are key assets to effectively meet this demand.

Emphasis on Human Resources

VÊPRES is recognized for its quality of work life; 91.7% of the 61% of employees who responded to our Happy At Work index state that they would recommend their company to friends. This is, of course, achieved through a corporate culture built on family values, but also through a highly innovative recruitment and training policy.

This year, numerous initiatives were undertaken to meet and welcome new employees, including the H+ Talents Fair, membership in the GETH (Employer Group for Workers with Disabilities), and the simulation-based recruitment method in collaboration with Pôle Emploi. Furthermore, the company continued its involvement in the professional training program dedicated to its trade, the CQP – professional qualification certificate – for cold room and Cleanrooms envelope installers. Six employees were certified in 2023. Other projects are underway to strengthen specific training initiatives for our professions, including the creation of a technical platform for installation technicians to standardize on-site skills.
